DDLConnect.dll - allows the Windows CE eVB programmer to control dial-up (RAS) connections and perform reliable socket operations with ease.

DialASync - Dials any entry in the CE RAS phonebook returns immediately

HangUp - Hangups up an active connection
EnumConnections - Gets current status code
EnumEntries - Returns a string containing all RAS phonebook entries
