Description of MailBee:

MailBee will allow you to easily implement a mail managing and retrieving engine that can automatically perform such complex operations as decoding of both headers and body from various MIME-encodings (Base64, quoted-printable, UUE) and convert charsets to native Window codepage. With MailBee, you have access to both raw and encoded mail content to accomodate further processing such as saving to database or to disk.
