Description of File Change Monitor (English):
FC Monitor creates an index of your folders and checks this index in a definable interval (1 minute to 12 hours). In case of a change you get notified with a sound (according to the change) and the change is added to a list. The program is running as an icon in the system tray and informs you per tooltip how many changes have been logged.
