IBSSIntegrated Business Support System IBSS is designed for end to end solution of information flow and security for a manufacturing company where they got conversion of raw materials into finished goods and provide sales and after sales service (optional) to their clients along with their stock management, party ledger, accounts, banking transactions, cash flows, payroll management and any other additional operations as required by any enterprise is open for customization. Uncompetitive reporting using data dynamics provides enterprise with different combinational searching considering best needs of management with any duration. Multi user and multi branch supported software helps company easily control the operations of different branches through integrated and separate reports from central location. Dual gateway is used to enter any parts of the software, one is very commonly used menu and other one is wizard as shown in the screen. You can choose your own branch name and give correspondent authentication for that particular branch to access the software. Your user name and password will define how much access you have in this software. It will also track all records of your operations like any entry, edit or delete of records under your password along with time of do such operations. It will help management to trace any misrepresentation by particular user. Second option is used to add new administrator and third option is for showing the hierarchy of users.There can be any number of administrators under an owner and any number of operators under an administrator. Authorizations of users are also defined by selecting operations from the list at the time of creating a new administrator or operator. No user can operate additional options that he/she is not authorized to do. Any user can any time change their password for maintaining the security of access. They needs to provide their old password first to create new password. Stock EntryStock entries of imported items are created using this screen. Three types information are stored while building an inventory record. First of all operator needs to input information of supplier of the product. Here new supplier can be included along with choosing supplier from existing supplier list. This stock information automatically affects the supplier party ledger. Then the product information section keeps the detail information of particular product of the stock along with three types of prices - cost price, vendor price & retail price. Then final section of stock entry takes the input of serial number of individual product and location of the stock. This software supports you to create auto generated serial number of any format so if you don¡¯t need to input each serial number manually for huge number of stock. It also supports scanning bar code using bar code reader. So, if you can just enter perfect entry in this section your stock never looses its track. This software creates a life cycle for each stock entry where in the beginning it got status as ready, after sales it upgrade it¡¯s status as sold and if the product comes for replacement from the customer it changes it status again as damage. After receiving the product from the supplier, if the warranty period exists than it again becomes ready in the stock. There is little difference in stock of imported items and local purchased items. The information of local purchased item cannot be included in L/C information. Except that everything is as same as above. If the inventory (imported/local purchased) is raw materials for manufacture item then the stock is available in manufacture item screen where quantity is choose from the available stock for use the stock in manufacturing item from the stock mix and then it goes for conversion where we get the actual information of uses of raw materials. Calculator of foreign currency is available in each parts of software where amounts are inputted. RMA (Return Manufacture Accessories) section deals with sending and receiving the stock to the supplier for replacement of damage products. New serial number can be given while receiving a RMA item against damage stock.SalesSales stock and finished goods of manufactured items are available for sale in this section. Operator of sales desk only needs to select the products from the list and the correspondent information of particular products become available in right side along with sales price and available quantity in the stock. So, it becomes matter of click to prepare an invoice/quotation/challan and the customer/dealer information is very easy to provide for the old/regular customers/dealers. No redundant entry is required; user only needs to select the customer from the list and the party ledger of that customer/dealer become updated automatically. After sales service This section is very important for those businesses that provide service for their products and warranty up to limited period of their products. ReplacementReplacement are provides on those products which are found damaged and within warranty period. At the replacement part IBSS automatically detects the supplier of the particular product and date of purchase along with warranty availability from the supplier. So, it becomes very easy for the service section to response promptly to their clients.Banking TransactionsThis section is designed for understanding the bank balances of the company in a particular bank and honored and dishonored status of cheques very easily. Party LedgerIBSS automatically updates the transaction of each party with the company. Three types of party ledger are maintained on this software, supplier, dealer & customer. Choosing cost/retail/vendor price will serve all pricing of the products accordingly. It is also possible to add value with each product on chosen price by providing % as markup. Cash FlowRegular cash inflow and outflow is updated from this screen. Those cash flows, which are not inputted earlier in any operation like party payments are, only need to include in this section. Because those automatically updates in cash flow. AccountsThe Accounts section is another very important section for any business. This section controls all necessary expense, payment of employee, receives payment from party, daily expense, accounts receivables, accounts payables, depreciation expenses, and other necessary entry that any accountant maintains, and reports daily cash flows, general journal, ledger, trial balance, income statement, balance sheet to the management.
